Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Packaging
We take extra care with packaging, especially for collectibles and retro games. All items are securely packed with appropriate padding. Retro cartridges ship in anti-static bags, and fragile collectibles are double-boxed.
