Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the US and Canada. We’re working on expanding to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we add new regions.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from your account page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unopened items. Retro games and collectibles can be returned within 14 days if they are not as described. Please see our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account, go to your order history, and click “Request Return” next to the item. You can also contact us directly at [email protected].

Are your retro games authentic?

Absolutely. Every retro cartridge and disc is inspected and tested by our team before listing. We check board authenticity, save battery function, and overall condition. We stand behind every item we sell.

What does CIB mean?

CIB stands for “Complete In Box” — meaning the game comes with the original box, manual, and cartridge/disc. “Cart” means cartridge only, without the original box or manual.

Do you buy or trade retro games?

Yes! We accept trade-ins on retro Nintendo games and hardware. Bring items to our Portland store for an on-the-spot quote, or contact us for mail-in trade details.

Account & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Nintendo eShop gift cards for applicable purchases.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, earn loyalty points, and check out faster on future orders.
